Upon acceptance of our quote, we will provide you with a service agreement before work starts. Customers are required to provide the following material:

1. Content: These are the texts and images that will go on the website, we expect this to be supplied in digital format (email or CD). Contact us if you need our copywriting services.
2. Any graphics, design, scripting or programming not approved in the quote/proposal or not included in the contract will be quoted separately.
